Changes To Reservations
Changes are made by calling our office and by speaking with a member of our offices. If you are changing on short notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that changes within (3) hours of your reservation will result in a $25 last-minute change fee (not including a location change in the same town)
A credit card is required to make a reservation. Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance to avoid 100% of all charges. If the trip is not canceled within 12 hours and the group does not arrive it will be categorized as a no-call/no-show which will result in a full charge on the card on file. A cleaning charge of $100 will be charged if there is excessively spilled fluids or trash left in the Vehicle. If someone is sick and throws up in the vehicle then a charge of $200 will occur. Drug use is prohibited by law. Smoking is not permitted. The driver has the right to terminate service immediately without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of a prearranged time. We are not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances or weather. Not responsible for articles left in any vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. By booking one of our vehicles you agree to this cancellation policy. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations or the inability to drive on roads.
We constantly monitor the flight arrival information that is provided us. Please call our offices if there is a change in flight information or arrival times. We will meet upon arrival. Our Chauffeurs will be holding a sign that says your last name as well as our company names.
Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location for the arriving fight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with New Orleans Express Airport Transportation after 45 minutes for domestic flights or 60 minutes for international flights you will be considered a “No Show” and billed the full fee including the base rate, driver gratuity, and any accumulated expenses. If you can’t locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call our office and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.
Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, you will be billed a full charge for the quoted price including base rate, driver gratuity and any accumulated expenses.
